Terms of Service

The terms under which clickt provides the service to you, including data ownership, refunds, and acceptable use.

Draft, counsel review pending. The URLs clickt.link/privacy and clickt.link/terms are wired into the Google OAuth consent screen and need to be reachable. This page covers the standing facts; counsel finalises the language before public launch.

1. Acceptance

By signing up for clickt ("the service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, do not use the service.

2. What you're getting

clickt provides YouTube attribution tooling for creators selling courses, coaching, and SaaS products. The service is provided on a subscription basis at the prices listed at clickt.link/pricing.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You're responsible for any activity on your account, including activity by users you've invited to your workspace.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. If you're using clickt on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

4. Data ownership

  • Your data is yours. We never claim ownership of:
    • YouTube data you connect via OAuth (channel metadata, video metadata, transcripts)
    • Audience data captured by the pixel on your funnels (clicks, emails, conversions)
    • Configuration, settings, and customisation in your workspace
  • Our service is ours. The clickt platform, code, dashboards, documentation, and trademarks belong to us. You're licensed to use the service while your subscription is active.

5. Acceptable use

You will not:

  • Use clickt to track audiences who haven't been informed via a privacy policy on your funnel
  • Capture data subjects' email addresses without lawful basis under applicable privacy law (GDPR / CCPA / etc.)
  • Reverse-engineer the service, the pixel, or our APIs
  • Resell access to clickt without an agency / partner agreement
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Pricing, billing, refunds

  • Subscriptions renew monthly or annually depending on your plan. Cancel any time from the dashboard.
  • 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of your first paid charge, email us at support@clickt.link for a full refund. No questions.
  • Annual billing saves ~33%; the discount is locked at signup and survives renewal.
  • We give 30 days' notice for any price increase that affects your plan.

7. Service availability

We target 99.9% uptime month-over-month. We don't guarantee zero downtime, no SaaS honestly can, but we publish a status page at status.clickt.link and we'll credit your account for any month that drops below 99% uptime.

The clickt pixel runs on your customer's domain. It's designed to fail open, if our beacon endpoint is unreachable, your site is unaffected and the pixel retries.

8. YouTube API Services

By using clickt's YouTube integration, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke clickt's access to your Google account at Google Security Settings at any time.

We use YouTube API data only to deliver the features you signed up for (per-video attribution, bulk-rewrite, continuous re-tag). We do not transfer YouTube API data to third parties or use it to train AI models. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

9. Pixel install on customer domains

When you install the clickt pixel on your customer-facing funnels, you represent that:

  • You have lawful basis to collect the data the pixel captures (clicks, form-submitted emails, conversion events) under applicable privacy law in your audience's jurisdiction.
  • Your privacy policy discloses clickt as a sub-processor (or equivalent), the categories of data captured, and your audience's rights.
  • You'll configure the pixel's consent-mode toggle appropriately for jurisdictions where consent is required before processing (EU/UK by default, the pixel ships with consent-mode OFF for EU geographies until you enable it).

10. Termination

You can cancel at any time from the dashboard. We can terminate accounts that violate §5 (Acceptable Use) immediately and without refund. On termination, we delete your data within 30 days of account closure per the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Attribution numbers are estimates, not financial advice. We honestly surface our unattributed bucket so you know what we don't see; we don't guarantee 100% accuracy.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under these Terms is capped at the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Changes to these terms

We'll email you at least 30 days before any material change. The current version is always at clickt.link/terms with the updatedAt date in the page metadata.
